2. Tour Your Favorites

After you narrow down your search, you can set up home tours through one of our friendly agents. To set up a tour, or If you have questions about a property, please give us a call at 510-755-7291.

3. We Present Your Offer

Our exerienced agent will negotiate to make sure you get the best deal and will stay with you through the entire buying process. If the seller makes a counteroffer, you agent will contact you with the details and you can respond.

4. Close the Deal

Our experienced agent will help you handle all the paperwork, including financing, mortgage, inspection, title insurance and property insurance. 

 5. Collect your rebate

After the Close of Escrow Diamond Proprties Elite Inc. will write you a check for 50% of the gross commission. You can use this in any manner you want!  Rebate can also be donated to a charity of your choice under your name!
