I am so pleased with the attention and service Diamond Properties has provided on my house.  In the last year I have worked with two full commission so called full service agents to sell a property, to buy this one and to sell this one. In all three cases I got less service and no results. Asad  has the right idea to charge sellers a flat fee to sell their property. Especially, in the current market a seller can hardly afford to take a loss on their property and give an agent 3% just to list it. My opinion….. Sellers - List with Diamond and reward the buyer's agent. Buyers - save money with "The Real Estate Rebate" and buy some furniture.
